WFD supports Deaf Skills International Association (DSIA)

Mr Colin Allen, President of the WFD, and Mr Stanislav Ivanov, President of Deaf Skills Association (DSIA), represented their organisations to sign a Letter of Support in Kazan, Russia Federation, on 28 April 2017.
