Graduated from the Russian State Social University, majoring in Management with the magister degree.

President (2020-2024) of All-Russian Society of the Deaf (VOG) which is one of the most prominent All-Russian public organizations of disabled.

Champion of Deaflympics 2005 in beach volleyball, the European champion in volleyball, a multiple winner of the official international and national competitions.

Slava Klimov
Coordinator of International Relations and Media

Slava graduated from Gallaudet University in Washington, D.C, USA, with a B.A. degree in Television and Digital media in 2004. Upon graduating, he worked as eLearning Facilitator at Gallaudet University on digital technology and multimedia. Assisted faculty and teachers in enhancing on-campus and distance learning student experiences by effectively and strategically using available features of the learning management system, collaboration tools, video tools, and much more.

From 2010 to 2014, he worked for Deaf Culture Centre in Toronto, Canada and concurrently engaged in the creation of the Internet portal "H3 Network Media Alliance", where H3 media company still cover the news in international Sign.

From 2014 to 2018, he worked as Media Director for the International Committee of Sports for the Deaf (ICSD), Deaflympics, an International Olympic Committee (IOC) sanctioned event which Deaf athletes compete at an elite event. ICSD is the main governing body responsible for the organisation of Deaflympics and World Deaf Championships. Organised successfully in media relations for 2015 Winter and 2017 Summer Deaflympics in Khanty-Mansiysk, Russia and Samsun, Turkey respectively as well as World Deaf Championships.

Champion of Deaflympics in ice hockey in 1991 in Banff, Canada.

Slava has two boys, residing in the United States.
